Toledo Community Art Project: Starting June 8, 2001, at the "Ribbit by the River" festival in Promenade Park (Toledo, OH), each Friday new frogs will be revealed. These 200 giant fiberglass frogs are being decorated by local artists and hosted by Toledo businesses, sort of like the famous "Cow Parade" in Chicago. Visit the frogs at various downtown locations in Toledo until October 1, 2001, at which time they will be put up for auction. Visit the web site at www.itsreigningfrogs.com for details.
