Technical Support for the Novice Computer User.

I get a lot of questions from people who are still new to all this computer stuff. Here is my attempt at making things a little bit easier for you. Please note, as I write this, I'm useing Netscape 3.0 and Windows 95 so these help files will reflect this. This is not meant in any way as a comment on people who use other browsers, online services, or Operating Systems, but rather is just to let you know that I'm not an expert in those other areas... However, some of these hints may apply across the board so please check here if you are having problems.
